Brewcraft Stout, Beermakers Bitter
Gently simmer 100g of Crystal malt for 15 mins in 3 litres of water. Strain into the brew.

Beer will take longer to ferment due to Dry Enzyme. Allow 3 days of Final Gravity before bottling.
Simmer gently 100g Chocolate Malt, & 1 kg Wheat Malt for 20 mins in 3L water. Strain into the brew.
Black Rock East India Pale Ale
Morgans Blue Mountain Lager
Morgans 1.5kg Beer Enhancer
Beer will take longer to ferment due to Dry Enzyme. Allow 3 days of Final Gravity before bottling.
Booster Blend #3, 500g Lactose
Add 50mls of TS Apple Schnapps at the end of fermentation. Wait 48hrs before bottling.
Mangrove Jacks Dutch Lager
TC Light Liquid malt 1.5kg
Morgans Golden Saaz Pilsner
Brewcellar Premium Lager Yeast
TC Light Liquid Malt 1.5kg
Simmer gently 250g Crystal Malt ^ 1.5kg Light Liuid Malt for 20 mins in 3L of water. Strain into the brew.
Morgans Royal Oak Amber Ale
Black Rock Cider, Black Rock Lager
Dissolve both beer kits and booster blend in 2 litres of hot water. Allow 3 weeks in the bottle.
Booster Blend #3, 500g Lactose
Add 50mls of TS Pear Schnapps at the end of fermentation. Wait 48hrs before bottling.
Morgans Dark Liquid Malt 1.5kg
10-15ml Liquorice Extract
Only use 2/3 of the Normal sugar when bottling. Final Gravity 1026.
Mid Strength Ultra 3.3 Plus
Brewcellar Premium Lager Yeast
Limoncello [Lee-mon-che-llo] is a lemon liqueur which originates from Southern Italy. It is made from lemon rinds (traditionally from the Sorrento lemon, though most lemons will produce good limoncello), alcohol, water and sugar. It is bright yellow in colour, sweet and lemony, but not sour since it contains no lemon juice.
