Beer Recipes

I have had a number of customers enquire about recipes, and I have decided to start adding a few. These are either in-house, from customers or from Brewcraft/Brewcellar. Here is a small selection:-

 

Recipe Style Beer Kit Dextrose/Malt mix Malt Extract Yeast Hops Extras Final Output Comments
Anchor Black & Tan Brewcraft Stout, Beermakers Bitter - - Safale USO5 - 100g Crystal Malt 21L Gently simmer 100g of Crystal malt for 15 mins in 3 litres of water. Strain into the brew.
Caffreys Morgans Royal Oak Amber Ale Ultra Blend #4 - - Goldings 12g - 21L  
Carlton Draught Morgans Australian Draught Booster Blend #3 - - 12g Cascade - 21L  
Carlton Extra-Dry Morgans Australian Draught Booster Blend #3 - - 12g Cascade Dry Enzyme 21L Beer will take longer to ferment due to Dry Enzyme. Allow 3 days of Final Gravity before bottling.
Dunkel Dark Muntons Wheat 1kg Dry Wheatmalt  - Safwheat K97 - 100g Chocolate Malt 21L Simmer gently 100g Chocolate Malt, & 1 kg Wheat Malt for 20 mins in 3L water. Strain into the brew.
Hahn Super-Dry Morgans Blue Mountain Lager Morgans Masterblend Beer Enhancer, Mid Strength Ultra 3.3 Plus - - Hersbrucker 12g Dry Enzyme 21L Beer will take longer to ferment due to Dry Enzyme. Allow 3 days of Final Gravity before bottling.
Irish Cider Black Rock Cider Booster Blend #3, 500g Lactose - Gervin GV10 - TS Apple Schnapps 50ml 18L Add 50mls of TS Apple Schnapps at the end of fermentation. Wait 48hrs before bottling.
Matilda Pay Pilsner Morgans Golden Saaz Pilsner Ultra Blend #4 - Brewcellar Premium Lager Yeast 12g Saaz - 21L
Radegast Black Black Rock Bock - TC Light Malt Saflager W34-70   250g Crystal Malt 21L Simmer gently 250g Crystal Malt ^ 1.5kg Light Liuid Malt for 20 mins in 3L of water. Strain into the brew.
Reschs Real Ale Morgans Royal Oak Amber Ale Ultra Blend #4 - - Pride of Ringwood 12g - 21L  -
Snakebite Black Rock Cider, Black Rock Lager Booster Blend #3 - Gervin GV10 - - 21L Dissolve both beer kits and booster blend in 2 litres of hot water. Allow 3 weeks in the bottle.
Strongbow Cider Black Rock Cider Booster Blend #3, 500g Lactose - - - TS Pear Schnapps 50mls 18L Add 50mls of TS Pear Schnapps at the end of fermentation. Wait 48hrs before bottling.
Super Stout Muntons Export stout 500g Maltodextrin Morgans Dark Malt Safale SO4  - 10-15ml Liquorice Extract 18L Only use 2/3 of the Normal sugar when bottling. Final Gravity 1026.
VB Mid Strength Morgans Australian Lager Mid Strength Ultra 3.3 Plus - Brewcellar Premium Lager Yeast Pride of Ringwood 12g - 21L
