Yes we do Mail Order

 

To order is very simple, please contact us with delivery details as well as Credit card details.  You can do this via Phone or email.  My new software program is capable of accepting orders, but It may take some time to finish. We ship all over Australia and New Zealand.

We use Australia Post  also as our courier. Their prices are reasonable, especially when dealing with small weights, such as Spirit Essences. For convenience, we use Australia Post Satchels, however other options are available upon request. Rough pricing estimates are available from the Australia Post website, but prices are subject to weight, and size.

This could no doubt be cheaper than driving to our store, for customers from out of town. 

The above prices are Australia wide, and are subject to change from Australia Post, due to increased weight, size, or increased costs.

To insure goods, add at least $2.70 to Regular Post, which will cover up to $100 (via Registered Post).  

A satchel weighing up to 3kg would cost @ $5 extra to insure at $500. 

 

Please note that we are not responsible for any articles going missing, especially, if they are sent via Normal Regular Post. 

 

Registered Post, or Express Post (with tracking) is recommended. Admittedly I sent 8 satchel items in a fortnight via Regular mail, and have not had any incidents, back in August, 2008.

 

International rates will soon follow however pricing is roughly available from the Australia Post website and is subject to weight and size restrictions.

Online Payments include Visa, Mastercard, American Express plus paypal. Online deposits can also be accepted, and if deposited by 4PM AEST, should show up the following day.

Once deposits/payments are confirmed/approved, we will send via Australia Post as soon as possible. Express Post satchels are usually picked up by 6PM Monday to Friday, from Charlestown Post Office Drop Box.

Freight Charges

We now also use Fastway couriers.. Some rates may work out cheaper then using Australia Post, especially on larger items. Below is a rate guide.

Lower Hunter area - $7.50 (Newcastle, Cessnock, Maitland, Wyee, Tea Gardens) per carton up to 25kg.

Upper Hunter area - $12.00 (Muswellbrook, Singleton, Denman, Scone) per carton up to 25kg

Lower Coastal NSW - $12.00 (Central Coast/Gosford, Sydney, Windsor, Woolongong, Katoomba, Nowra, Ulladulla)  per carton up to 25kg

Northern Coastal NSW - $12.00 (Forster, Gloucester, Taree, Port Macquarie) per carton up to 25kg

Rest of NSW/Country Victoria - $26.00 per carton (size tba) up to 5kg

Canberra/A.C.T. - $14.00 per carton (size tba)

Metro Victoria $14.00 (Melbourne, Geelong, Bendigo, Wodonga)  per carton (size tba)up to 5kg

Metro Qld - $14.00 (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast) per carton (size tba) up to 5kg

Northern QLD - - $24.15 (Cairns, Townsville) per carton (size tba) up to 5kg
