Firstly, yes, we do mail order. However, as recently advised by our merchant we must publicise terms and conditions on our site. This I hope to accomplish shortly. Freight Charges We use Australia Post as our courier. Their prices are reasonable, especially when dealing with small weights, such as Spirit Essences. For convenience, we use Australia Post Satchels, however other options are available upon request. Rough pricing estimates are available from the Australia Post website, but prices are subject to weight, and size. This could no doubt be cheaper than driving to our store, for customers from out of town. The above prices are Australia wide, and are subject to change from Australia Post, due to increased weight, size, or increased costs. To insure goods, add at least $2.70 to Regular Post, which will cover up to $100 (via Registered Post). A satchel weighing up to 3kg would cost @ $5 extra to insure at $500. Please note that we are not responsible for any articles going missing, especially, if they are sent via Normal Regular Post. Registered Post, or Express Post (with tracking) is recommended. Admittedly I sent 8 satchel items in a fortnight via Regular mail, and have not had any incidents, back in August, 2008. International rates will soon follow however pricing is roughly available from the Australia Post website and is subject to weight and size restrictions. A Mail order form will soon be available for download. Online Payments include Visa, Mastercard, American Express plus paypal. Online deposits can also be accepted, and if deposited by 4PM AEST, should show up the following day. Once deposits/payments are confirmed/approved, we will send via Australia Post as soon as possible. Express Post satchels are usually picked up by 6PM Monday to Friday, from Charlestown.
